BRANDING TALENT LAUNCH

b TWEEN 08Using Manchester’s big wheel, maverick creatives and decision makers from independent creative businesses and organisations have the chance to collaborate at 180 feet and fast track to working with one of the UKs major consumer brands as part of the b.TWEEN 08: Branding Talent launch.

Branding Talent brand partners, Littlewoods, Aegis Media and Carat will unveil a bespoke brief for an innovative 360 campaign to best approach today’s increasingly fragmented mediascape.

To aid this collaboration, creatives and decision makers are invited to join each other for a ride on Manchester Big Wheel after a glass or two of bubbly on Friday 2nd May. They will have as long as it takes for the wheel to complete a cycle to introduce themselves to the person sharing the carriage - 360 networking at 180 feet!

Steve Taylor, Director of Development & Innovation, Ages Media UK comments: “We are looking for innovative, collaborative, cross-platform ideas that respond to the Littlewoods' brief.”

“This is a fantastic opportunity for independent creatives from design, creative technology, software design, TV, mobile, web and gaming to find potential collaborators, develop new products and explore new routes to market.”

The overall winner will be announced at the b.TWEEN 08 awards, on 20 June. The team that comes up with the winning, relevant and viable proposition will be commissioned by Littlewoods at market rates to implement their solution and receive a £5,000 cash prize. Aegis Media and Carat will support and facilitate the execution.
